Il/La Presidente del corso di Laurea è eletto tra docenti ordinari/e che svolgono attività didattica nell'ambito del corso di studio e dura in carica tre anni accademici. Convoca e presiede il Consiglio, sovrintende alle attività del corso di Laurea e lo rappresenta in tutte le attività. È Responsabile dell'Assicurazione della Qualità e dei processi di monitoraggio e riesame.
Il/La Presidente può designare, tra docenti che appartengono al consiglio, un/una Vicepresidente che supplisca in tutte le sue funzioni in caso di impedimento o di assenza.
President of the combined degree program for the degrees in Physics, Optics and Optometry and Master’s in Physics For the 3-year period 2021-2024, the President of the combined Degree Program (in Physics and Optics & Optometry) is Prof. Ettore Vittone.
The President is elected among the full professors that have educational duties within the degree program and the position lasts for three academic years. The President calls and presides over the council, oversees the activities of the Degree Program and represents it as needed. They are responsible for Quality Assurance and the processes of monitoring and eexamination.
The President can elect a Vicepresident, among the professors in the Council, who will replace them in all their functions in the case of absence or legitimate impediment of the President.
