One of the ways to reveal the nature of the elusive Dark Matter (DM) is to look for gamma rays produced in the decay or annihilation of DM itself in astrophysical environments like the Galactic Center or Galaxy Clusters. Generally, it's assumed that the annihilation proceed via s-wave, i.e. that the product cross-section times velocity is constant. However, in several models, like super-simmetry, DM can also annihilate via p-wave or d-wave, changing considerably the expected gamma-ray flux and spectrum. The master thesis work will consist in deriving prediction for DM annihilating in p-wave and d-wave, and in using data from the Fermi-LAT observatory to obtain constraints and to look for possible signals.
